A unique fusion of flavour and music: this is the third time we have welcomed Chef Desi Anderson to our Marina restaurant. Directly from New Orleans, she brings not only her creations from the famous Café Gumbo & Jazz, but also her great passion for Creole specialities, which are considered the best in Central Michigan.
Chef Desi will prepare a diverse menu of delicious appetisers and main dishes that reflect her love and knowledge of Creole cuisine. As a special highlight, our event will be complemented by a live barbecue, adding a special touch to each visit.
