"My team and I have used the off­season to recharge our batteries and prepare the Tschuggen Grand Hotel for the winter. Thirty­two rooms have been fitted with oak parquet flooring and new natural beds, and our water pipe system has been completely renovated. We are now looking forward to the cold season and, in particular, to events such as Private Mountain and the evening of comedy. The Gourmet Tour is my personal highlight: 14 Michelin stars and 126 Gault Millau points come together so you can indulge in reinterpretations of well­known classic dishes.I am looking forward to a fantastic winter season."
