Chef Marco Campanella, just 27 years old, has been awarded already 17 GaultMillau points and one Michelin star for his creations in the Restaurant La Brezza in our sister property Eden Roc in Ascona, where he cooks over the summer season He has been crowned “Discovery of the Year in Ticino” by GaultMillau in 2019.. In an elegant and timeless ambience, Marco Campanella and his team create a top-class culinary experience with newly interpreted traditional cuisine as well as vegetarian and also vegan dishes.
