Arrival & Departure
Your room will be available from 15 on the day of your arrival and up to 12 o'clock noon on the day of your departure.
Winter season: Your reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made from day 14 prior to your arrival will incur charges of 100 % of the booked package price. We will of course do our utmost to re-let the room so that you incur no charges. However, should we be unable to re-let your room, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the package.
Summer season: Your reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. Cancellations made thereafter, no-shows or late arrivals / early departures will incur charges of 100 % of the booked package price. We will of course do our utmost to re-let the room so that no charges incur. However, should we be unable to re-let your room, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the package.
Special booking and cancellation terms apply for group bookings.
The hotel reserves the right to set aside a certain number of rooms for packages. Rooms may therefore no longer be available for the package of your choice. Unclaimed services cannot be reimbursed. The hotel accepts no liability for outside services provided by third parties.

Half-board / Dine Around
An additional charge of CHF 70 for the winter season per person per day applies to the half-board during summer season, CHF 60 respectively in summer season and dine around during winter season including all galas (except the New Year’s Eve gala). Dine around is only available for stays of two nights or more (applies to winter season only).
Christmas/New Year's Eve
For New Year's Eve bookings a minimum stay of six nights is required. The high season rates are valid exclusively during the festive season from 21 December 2020 to 2 January 2021. For reservations during the holiday season, 100 % of the special price are due. The payment has to be paid before the arranged deadline, otherwise the hotel is free to resell all rooms. Your reservation during the holiday season can be cancelled free of charge until September 1. In the event of a cancellation after September 1, the hotel is free to charge 30 % of the total price of the reservation. Cancellations after November 15 are charged with 100 % of the original price, if we cannot sell the rooms to a third party anymore.
Half Term, 13 - 19 February 2021
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 28 days before arrival. Any cancellations after the 27th day before your arrival is charged with 50% of the total price. Cancellation 15 or fewer days before your arrival are charged with 100% of the total price. Additionally, please note that a delayed arrival or no-show as well as an early departure are also charged with 100% of the total price.
Please note that during the festive season special terms and conditions apply for extra beds and that extra beds are available only as of the junior suite room category.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel and are allowed in the lobby, your room, the La Collina Restaurant at lunchtime and our the Basement Restaurant. CHF 45 per day (excl. dog food).
CHF 30 per day and car outdoor parking is free.
We would like you to feel at ease. Your elegant appearance will help to maintain the ambience that is so distinctive of our hotel and contribute to a pleasant and unforgettable atmosphere. We are looking forward to welcoming gentlemen in our Grand Restaurant during the festive season with shirt and jacket (as well as no jeans). The dress code is at your discretion in our other Restaurants La Collina, The Basement, La Vetta, Twist and Alpenblick.

Once confirmed by the hotel, all reservations must be reconfirmed and signed by the guest. Each reservation must also be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.
